Our Mentorship Program focuses on creating relationships that are built on trust, respect, effort, and communication. We gather mentors to teach, guide, and lead mentees through a program that encourages personal and professional growth.
Internship Program
We have hosted a successful Internship Program for many years. Our goal is to provide a meaningful experience for students through hands-on engineering tasks and engaging intern events. Many Booth interns have remained on staff after graduating and developed over time into manager and upper-management levels!
