VINCI Energies Acquires Primeline Utility Services

VINCI Energies, the VINCI subsidiary specializing in energy and information and communication technology services, acquires Primline Utility Services.  This acquisition reflects VINCI Energies’ strategy of deploying its business activities in North America and expanding the energy infrastructure activities provided by its Omexom brand. In the United States, VINCI Energies already operates in the industrial and telecommunication sectors, especially through its subsidiaries INP, Redtoo and Mentor.

 

2015 - January/February

Primeline Utility Services becomes a Parent Again with the addition of The Bowlin Group, Walton, KY, and Precision Pipeline Services, New Windsor, NY into it’s expanding network of service providers to the energy and utility industries. The companies will operate independently, but be integrated into a network of providers that can offer project services from coast-to-coast, making the group one of the largest providers in the nation.

2013 USA JOINS FIRST RESERVE OF CT

First Reserve Acquires USA and as the largest global private equity firm exclusively focused on energy, announced that First Reserve Fund XII, in partnership with management and Michael Lennon, has agreed to acquire Utility Services Associates, Inc. (“USA”) which consists of C.W. Wright Construction Company, Incorporated, Booth & Associates, Inc., and Coastal Power & Electric, Inc.

2015 January Expansion

Booth & Associates opens an office in Baltimore, MD Booth & Associates expands significantly with the addition of our sister companies and opens an office in the Baltimore, MD area to expand our geographic footprint and better serve our clients in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

 

 

1960 Booth Opens its Doors

Booth and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Richard F. Booth and incorporated as a family-operated consulting engineering firm to serve the needs of a burgeoning industry. R.F. believed that personal service was the key to quality and success. Today, that thinking has grown Booth into a multi-office, country-wide firm and we continue to look toward the future. With the addition of our sister companies under First Reserve US, we are able to offer a significantly wider service area than most.

2002 BOOTH AND CW WRIGHT BECOME USA

Booth & Associates, Inc. and C.W. Wright Construction Company, Inc. form USA through a partnership and became employee-owned subsidiary companies of Utility Services Associates, Inc. (USA). Out of that partnership, USA-EPC is formed to provide engineering, procurement and construction services to clients nationwide. Booth & Associates and C.W. Wright continue operate independently alongside The Bowlin Group, Coastal Power & Electric, Precision Pipeline Solutions and UTEC Constructors within the PrimeLine Utility Services family of nationwide services.
